Mission: To revitalize blighted areas, promote home ownership and entrepreneurship. History: established in 2014 by Karl Harris, a Detroit native, graduate or Architecture school, and licensed builder. Karl Harris descends from a family building trades professionals. Karl Harris, seeks to utilize skills engraved in his DNA to help redevelop the infrastructure of his hometown. Operations: Our specialties include, but are not limited to Single family residential, Duplex units, and Multifamily Residential Buildings. All project types were both new construction and existing renovation. Field experience of managing construction projects has made our ability to also prepare architectural drawings unique from most. I have worked as a licensed builder for over five (5) years, as a consultant and contractor with corporate and local government entities, demonstrating a high ability to work independently, showcasing my ability to manage others and with administration. We also do Architectural Design, Drafting (producing construction documents), 3D Renderings, 3D Scanning and Building Information Modeling (BIM), in our technology division if need be. In addition to being a licensed and insured construction company, we’re also certified MBE by the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council and Federally recognized as a HUBZone Business. Our expertise in residential construction management can look at a set of plans through the eyes of clients and visualize the construction process. This allows us to communicate differently through our plans and minimizing RFIs and Change orders, in home restoration, design, construction and renovation.
